What payment methods are accepted at Bella the Corner Gourmet?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We accept cash, personal and business checks, too.  Bella the Corner Gourmet gift certificates may also be redeemed for merchandise and are generally good for 6 months after purchase.

Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?

Most items can be placed in a lovely gift bag trimmed with ribbon or a seasonal decoration.

What is Bella the Corner Gourmet’s return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Bella the Corner Gourmet. We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the purchase with a sales receipt for merchandise in its original, unused condition including original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Return items that appear used, physically damaged, or misused can not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the form and amount of original payment. Refunds for purchases made by check require a 14 day waiting period.

Merchandise returned after 30 days with or without a receipt will be refunded for the purchase price with a store credit, subject to the following exceptions: Merchandise from a previous season cannot be returned.  All Merchandise "on sale" may not be returned. Food items may not be returned. Custom designed items, such as floral arrangements, may not be returned. Returns of special ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you ship and how are shipping charges determined?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the merchandise shipped, plus a nominal fee for boxing your items.  I do not believe in gouging customers on freight charges and charge what I am charged to ship your order.   All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

What do you do with my information?

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not sell or share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.

What are your store hours?

Starting February 1, we’re open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  In April we will extend our hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and add Sunday from Noon to 4 p.m.  

Occasionally, when we have special events, we will have extended hours (i.e.First Fridays).  And please note, if it is winter and it is snowing like mad...we probably are not here - we are sledding and making hot cocoa!  You can always call us and leave a message, too at 304.520.4921 or 304.520.2414.
